The next "Jazz at the Nutley Museum" concert, to feature singer/songwriter Melanie Mitrano, is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20 at 8 p.m.

Mitrano, a lifelong Nutley resident, is an active performer and educator who maintains a local voice studio. Her latest album, "All Things Gold," was recently released on the Big Round Records label. It features original vocal jazz compositions, presented by some of the top jazz musicians in the New York area.

The museum will be open for perusal from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in advance of the music set, scheduled to run from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Mitrano's trio includes guitarist Dave Rimelis and bassist Andy Eulau. They will present her original songs, as well as Brazilian jazz, sung in Portuguese.

The Nutley Museum is located at 65 Church St., Nutley. There will be a $15 charge at the door. Complimentary coffee and dessert will be served during the performance.
